What’s your design process?

It all begins with an idea. We use your feedback from the checkout form and a brief questionnaire to select a design lead. That lead will reach out to you and introduce themselves with initial concepts they produce based on your submissions. They will produce mood boards that will help you make decisions about your final design. Once you’re happy with the final designs from your design lead, they will assemble your curated shopping list.

How do I work with my designer?

We make it easy for you to message your design lead (standard rates apply) and email them. Additionally, you will have the ability to schedule calls with them to discuss progress.

What is included in the design package?

  1. Photo-quality idea boards to help align on the vision

  2. Concept board with list of objects you want to see in your room

  3. Photo-quality renderings of the final space

  4. A personalized shopping list with alternate options

  5. A floorplan with suggested layout (only included in Home package)

What is included in design?

We source and recommend home decor, which is limited to products such as light fixtures, furniture, curtains, beds, wall coverings/paint. Renovation projects are beyond our scope of service (walls, doors, etc).

Can I ask for changes after I receive my final design?

You will also have approximately three months to chat back and forth with your designer regarding any finishing touches or tweaks. We charge through the end of the subscription term, so if your design is inactive at the end of the subscription term we will mark it complete. After this point, we will ask you to purchase an additional design package to complete work on your design.
